Public Offer

This Public Offer (the "Offer") is an official proposal by Individual Entrepreneur Arman Karapetyan (the "Operator"), registered in the Republic of Armenia, addressed to any individual or legal entity (the "Customer") to purchase access to the Nazar service on the terms below. Paying for a plan means you fully and unconditionally accept this Offer.

1. Subject of the Offer

The Operator provides access to Nazar, a personal AI capture assistant: you send notes, todos, and bugs by text, voice, or photo, and Nazar transcribes, classifies, and organizes them by project. Paid plans additionally unlock the Claude Code bridge, which connects one of your own machines so you can drive Claude Code on your repositories from your phone. Capture, classification, and organizing work on the Free plan.

2. Plans & prices

• Free — USD 0 / month. Full capture, classification, organizing, and the assistant.
• Pro — USD 11.99 / month. Adds the Claude Code bridge.
• Unlimited — USD 23.99 / month. Higher Claude Code capacity.

All prices are shown in USD. When you pay by card, your issuing bank may charge the equivalent in your local currency at its own exchange rate. Prices may change for future billing periods; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that period.

3. Payment

Payment is made by bank card — Visa, Mastercard, ArCa, American Express, Mir — through the AmeriaBank vPOS hosted payment page, or via Lemon Squeezy for recurring billing. Card data is entered on the bank's secure PCI-DSS page; the Operator never receives or stores your full card number. Payment is processed over a secure connection.

4. How the service is delivered

Access is granted immediately after the bank confirms payment, automatically and electronically — there is no physical delivery. A paid plan is provided for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment payment is confirmed. If the plan is not renewed, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan; your captured data is retained and remains accessible on the Free plan.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of this Offer. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptance of the Offer

Completing a payment constitutes full acceptance of this Offer and of the documents it incorporates: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not complete the payment.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is." AI classification and assistant output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it. The Claude Code bridge runs on your own machine using your own Claude/Anthropic account; the Operator is not responsible for Anthropic's availability, output, or billing, nor for actions you take on your own systems. The Operator's liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
