Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nazar, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Arman Karapetyan, a registered sole proprietorship in the Republic of Armenia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Nazar.

1. The service

Nazar lets you capture notes, todos, and bugs by text, voice, or photo; it classifies and organizes them by project. The optional Claude Code bridge connects one of your own machines so you can drive Claude Code on your repositories from your phone. Capture, classification, organizing, and the assistant work without the bridge.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide an accurate email and be at least 16 years old — or the age of digital consent in your country, if that is higher — and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Nazar to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use the bridge to run unauthorized actions on machines you don't control.
• Don't upload content you have no right to process.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Free includes full capture, classification, organizing, and the assistant with no usage limits. Paid tiers (Pro and Unlimited) add the Claude Code bridge. Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, ArCa, American Express, Mir) through the AmeriaBank vPOS secure hosted page, or via Lemon Squeezy for recurring billing — your full card number is never seen or stored by us. You can cancel anytime — there's no lock-in; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are stated at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Outside the cases covered there, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods; cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for. 5. Bring your own Claude / Anthropic

The Claude Code bridge and the optional BYO-key assistant run on your own Claude/Anthropic account. You are responsible for your own Claude subscription and API keys, and for complying with Anthropic's terms. The bridge drives Claude Code on your own machine — Nazar is the bridge, not the AI provider, and is not responsible for Anthropic's availability, output, or billing.

Your content and license

You keep all rights to the content you capture and create in Nazar — your notes, todos, bugs, voice memos, photos, and projects ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service for you: to store, process, transcribe, classify, and display Your Content back to you, and to route it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy so the product can function. We don't claim ownership of Your Content, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train our own models. You're responsible for having the right to submit Your Content and for ensuring it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Disclaimers

Nazar is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI classification and assistant output may be inaccurate; review important results before relying on them. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nazar and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using Nazar and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we must act against for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of the Republic of Armenia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
